Slack is the operating system for work, and the Slack Developer Program is where people gather to find everything from news and announcements to tools, API enhancements, and dedicated dev environments.
The Slack Dev team needed a site to call home; a place where everything they offer the community could live in a well-organized and cleanly designed space, but one that was also simple enough for them to manage on their own. Caffelli started by building user journeys and site maps based on user psychology and the industry’s leading best practices.
